    What You’ll Be Doing:
    - Running and scaling your own education desk
    - Developing client relationships and sourcing top-tier talent
    - Mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practice
    - Leading strategic school partnerships and placements

    What You’ll Need:
    - 2+ years in recruitment, ideally education or high-volume sectors
    - Proven billing success and commercial acumen
    - Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset

    What You’ll Get:
    - £30–35K base salary + high-tier commission (OTE £45K+)
